Dr. Jerry Franks Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship for Liberal Arts undergraduates who have attended Midland College or high school in Midland, Texas.  Studnets can apply through the COLA Common Scholarship Application in the Longhorn Awards & Student Scholarship Opportunities (LASSO) portal. The COLA Common Scholarship Application opens at the beginning of the spring semester.
